刘仁良，辽宁大学李安民经济研究院助理教授，硕士生导师，机器学习与大数据算法研究院副院长，加拿大圭尔夫大学经济学博士。研究领域为发展经济学、国际经济学和应用计量经济学。论文发表于Journal of International Money and Finance、Review of International Economics、China Economic Review、Open Economies Review和Journal of International Trade & Economic Development等国际知名期刊。担任教育部学位中心论文评审专家、The World Economy等十余本期刊匿名审稿人，参与中国环境与发展国际合作委员会及省市级课题多项
