陈烽，经济学博士，辽宁大学李安民经济研究院副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事劳动经济学、公共经济学和发展经济学相关领域的研究，主持国家自科基金青年项目一项、省级和市级项目各一项。研究成果发表于Journal of Public Economics、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management、Journal of Population Economics、Contemporary Economic Policy和Economics of Education Review等国际权威期刊。
