唐荣胜，辽宁大学副教授，美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学(Washington University in St. Louis)经济学博士。现任辽宁大学李安民经济研究院院长助理、辽宁大学新质生产力研究院副院长，曾任上海财经大学高等研究院助理教授(2017-2023)。主要从事宏观经济学、经济增长、国际贸易等领域的研究。在国内外知名期刊发表学术论文十余篇，主持和参与多项国家级及省部级项目并撰写多篇政策咨询。
Dr. Rongsheng Tang is an Associate Professor at Liaoning University. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and currently serves as Assistant Dean in Li Anmin Institute of Economic Research and Associate Dean of Institute of New-Quality Productivity Research. Before joining Liaoning University, he was an Assistant Professor at Institute for Advanced Research in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China (2017-2023). His broad research interests include Macroeconomics, Economic Growth and International Trade. His research has been published in various CSSCI and SSCI journals. He is the principal investigator or main participator of several research projects funded by NSFC.
