张文樵，CFA，辽宁大学李安民经济研究院助理教授、硕士生导师。博士毕业于美国阿拉巴马大学，取得金融学博士学位。其主要研究方向为实证公司金融和证券投资。近期研究成果发表于Journal of Corporate Finance、Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money、Finance Research Letters、以及Applied Economics Letters。
